Big Changes Have Arrived

To put it simply, the industry is different now than it was at the beginning of the year. Issues that were hot topics ten or eleven months ago are no longer tracking and business leaders have been faced with a whole new gambit of barriers and concerns to overcome. During this time, we have been working hard with industry leaders and manufacturers in defining these issues and working on tools to help over come them.
To that end, we are excited to announce our newest (and largest) feature update.
What does this update bring to the table?
This update brings you a fully realized asset management solution that allows you to track all of your fitness assets within your entire network, whether that is a single gym, or a multinational chain.
We have re-worked the Ecofit platform from the ground up to accommodate tons of new and easy to use asset management features.
Full Asset Management
Create organizations, add facilities and register equipment all at the click of a button. It is all set up to allow you to get going with zero roadblocks.
Do you have more than 1 organization? Not an Issue. Our new organization features allow you to manage as many organizations as you wish.
Do you have 9000 locations? No Problem. Our easy to navigate network page will lay them all out for you.
Do you have storage locations? You can also create storage locations to catalog all of your offsite equipment.
The system also tracks both cardio and strength equipment of any brand, make or model to ensure that you have maximum coverage.
Equipment Transfer and Storage
Never lose track of where things are. Transfer Equipment seamlessly from your gyms to storage facilities or other locations. Every transfer is logged so you can retain a full history of your equipment.
Change the status of your equipment to reflect social distancing, servicing, repairs or storage. This will allow you to know what is available at any given moment.
Want to be informed about everything that happens to your equipment? Well you can! Receive enhanced email notifications about your equipment from a wide range of parameters. For instance, if someone edits/transfers/archives/creates/records anything on your facility, you can know about it.
Cleaning accountability has never been more important. The new cleaning tracker allows your staff to log what was cleaned and when by creating a cleaning log. Every log is fully reviewable so you can make sure nothing is missed. Best of all, it is fast and easy to use so that you don't need to have your staff sitting and typing all day.
Every action is logged and can be used for advanced analytics and historical record.
