The industry is shifting every day and we are aware that the wants and needs of our partners and clients are changing rapidly. To that end we have been working on various tools and processes to ensure that data is available and useful during this transitional time.
We are excited to see that gyms across North America are beginning to re-open and are working closely with our partners and clients on new club installations and product roll-outs.
System Installations: With regulations beginning to relax we will be able to begin to schedule onsite installations. Our regional availability will vary depending on local regulations. We are also providing virtual training for client installations, particularly if our installers are not able to access the facility.

A Message from the Ecofit Team,
As we all know, the Coronavirus has greatly impacted not just the fitness industry but the global economy as a whole. During these unprecedented times daily changes will become the norm as government directives take place to slow the spread of the virus. Ecofit is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on preventing the spread of the Coronavirus.
The Status of Ecofit

All staff are now working from home as per recommendation. Using remote tools we have been able to transition to isolated work practices with minimal impact to productivity. Please note that during this time our office phone line (1-250-380-0123) will not be manned. Our toll free number (1-855-380-0123) is still fully available along with all standard email communication and, as permitted, Slack integration.
Our operations office in the San Dimas area is operating normally. We currently hold limited stock that is ready to ship. Due to supply line uncertainty lead times for new stock may be pushed out substantially. Please contact our sales department for up-to-date information on possible order delays. We will do our very best to ensure that all orders arrive in a timely manner.
System Installations - UPDATE 03-23-2020
We regret to inform you that as of March 23rd, 2020 all Ecofit installations have been postponed until further notice. Once the all-clear has been given we will be out in force getting new systems online.
We will be continuing to fulfill bulk and client install orders as scheduled.
The future is changing every day. While the true impact of this event is still unknown we know that there will be trials ahead. Ecofit will be here with every tool at our disposal to aid you in these trials.
